- Do I need to run a scan first?
- No, but it helps. If you book from your scan results page, the scan is linked to your request, so we can look at the findings before the call.
- What happens after I send the form?
- We reply by email, usually within 24 hours, to agree on a time that suits you.
- Do I have to share my code or server access?
- No. The call is based on what is visible from the outside, the same view an attacker has. You decide what else, if anything, you want to show.
- What do you do with my details?
- Your name and email are only used to arrange the call. The privacy policy explains how your data is handled.
